Eligibility Requirements for The S.T.A.A.R. Program

Special Education Students who:

Are 18-21 years of age.
Have completed 4 years of high school.
Have demonstrated interest/motivation to attend program.
Are able to perform with appropriate support in a community setting.

Successful application process involves:

Site visit by student/family
A Planning and Placement Team Meeting
Submission of supporting forms/evaluations
